Goodlife has been established as a place to develop healthy lives and not just healthy bodies.
Goodlife is home to many different activities and resources a number of different groups from across the Sunshine Coast region.
The centre itself is comprised of a variety of rooms and recreational resources that facilitate and cater to individuals, families, small groups, business groups, or large group events.
The grounds of Goodlife are found in a tranquil rainforest setting with lawns and gardens providing a wonderful, warm environment to linger in.

Goodlife has three pools. An eight lane, 25m outdoor pool, an outdoor toddler pool and an enclosed indoor pool.

Café Goodlife is an onsite café, serving homemade meals and healthy snacks alongside specialty coffees, teas and cold drinks.

VENUE HIRE
We have a number of rooms available for hire that work for a variety of group sizes and needs. All of our rooms are fitted out with audio visual equipment, microphones and air conditioning.

sports stadium
Our sports stadium houses a full size basketball court and/or futsal court and is also dividable using a sports curtain to accommodate half court events including badminton or basketball. The stadium also converts to a venue that is home to the Goodlife Community Church and is host to local and regional events.
